Commercial Heavy Duty 120240V Rheostat / Variable Speed Controller for Commercial/Industrial Fans - Precisely Modulates the Speed of Ventilation Fans in Response to Changes in Ambient Temperature. Automatic fan speed controller for variable speed fans. Optimum air circulation is maintained in ventilated areas and buildings with minimum noise. This unit monitors air temperature, as the temperature rises or falls within a preset band above set point, the fan speed is correspondingly increased or reduced between maximum and minimum speed values.
Designed for use in horticultural and agricultural applications, manufacturing and assembly facilities, warehouses, garages, restaurants, attics and more. Works in conjunction with exhaust and circulation fans to remove and control unwanted condensation while improving indoor air quality. Compact in design, these units are designed to mount on a standard 4" x 4" junction box. Temperature Range: 35ºF to 95ºF.Operating Ambient: up to 120ºF. Idle Speed Adjustment: 25% to 85%. Control: Phase control proportional, 6ºF bandwidth. Amps at Full Load: 8.5.
