Wished they would of recommend the specialty.. Wished they would of recommend the specialty bits with the drill or recommend the different chuck. This drill was easy to set up and use. It was light and really liked the power. Used it in various locations... Only issue was finding a bit... Other than that it works great.. I researched to find the difference.. I researched to find the difference in the part numbers and prices. Item description was identical including the ability to release the magnetic pressure to re-position the drill.

This drill, does not have that feature and although it works great and we have been able to get it in the correct position, the ability to reduce the magnetic hold would have made it easier. Definitely makes those hard tasks easier! This is a must have drill for all DIYers. I do a bit of welding, so I have a good, sturdy steel work bench this drill works perfectly on. To set it up requires nothing more than to plug it in and adjust for depth.

The carrying case makes it easy to store and transport. I mounted a solid steel plate on my truck and can now, with the help of a small gas generator, I can use it anywhere the work is. This makes it one of my most versatile power tools and although I do have cordless drills, there are times they just aren't up to the job, for power or accuracy.
